TYPES OF INVESTMENTS

Bridge Equity invests in the following types of private equity transactions:

Generational Changes of Ownership. Bridge Equity offers owners of family businesses complete or partial liquidity while providing an active role for subsequent generations. The firm is committed to working with family members, management and employees to create value and preserve a company's heritage and legacy.

Industry Consolidations. The firm partners with experienced management teams to create leading companies in fragmented industries. Bridge Equity proactively identifies industries poised for consolidation and invests in businesses whose market position, profitability and value can be enhanced through complementary acquisitions.

Acquisition of Corporate Divisions/Subsidiaries. Bridge Equity invests with management teams to acquire non-strategic divisions/subsidiaries of larger corporations that can thrive when out from under a disinterested parent. Once independent, these businesses are able to pursue stand-alone growth strategies under the direction of managers who have significant equity ownership.

Growth Equity Financings. The firm will consider equity investments in companies seeking capital to finance internal growth or follow-on acquisitions.

Recapitalizations. Bridge Equity provides the owners of closely held businesses with liquidity while allowing them to retain ownership and day-to-day operational control.
