Bridge Equity's objective is to invest in companies with the potential for substantial value appreciation. We seek to build the value of each of our portfolio companies through investing for the long-term and establishing a partnership with all stakeholders so that we can share a common direction for growth.

Bridge Equity investments range in size from $1 million to $25 million. We invest in a wide variety of industries when we are confident that we can add value.

In selecting investments with a strong potential for long-term growth, Bridge Equity takes into account the following criteria:

• Located in the Western United States

• Attractive Market Potential

• Strong Management Team

• Proprietary Technology and/or Strategic Advantage

• Enterprise values ranging from $3 million to $30 million

• Sustainable cash flows typically greater than $1 million

Located in California. Bridge Equity limits its investments to those businesses headquartered in the Western United States. We believe this proximity allows for the development of a true partnership with our portfolio companies. We seek to cultivate a dynamic relationship that can actively provide the support, advice, and guidance needed to grow a business.

Attractive Market Potential. Bridge Equity looks for business opportunities in large and growing markets. The market should be of sufficient size to offer the business a clear opportunity to achieve projected revenues without creating market saturation.

Strong Management Team. Bridge Equity believes that the management team is as essential to the company as the products or services the company offers. We define a strong management team as one with exceptional business knowledge, an experienced track record within the targeted industry, entrepreneurial spirit, and a history of success. If a company is going to grow and achieve success, then that company must have a management team that is totally committed to the company's vision.

Proprietary Technology and/or Strategic Advantage. Bridge Equity is searching for businesses that offer unique products or services and deliver significant value to their customers. These products or services are highly differentiated, significantly superior and not easily duplicated by competitors, thus creating the clear strategic advantage necessary for building a defensible market position.
