Charles D. O'Neal
Mr. O'Neal is a Principal with Bridge Equity Partners. Prior to joining Bridge Equity, he founded and managed several companies during his career. Following successful ventures in the financial services industry he founded and managed O'Neal Communications Group, Inc. (OCG), now known as TCG. OCG is a fast growing consulting and project management company that performs site acquisition, planning, architecture/engineering, and both construction and property management for wireless carriers. Additionally, Mr. O'Neal serves on the board of Site Management Solutions, Inc. that manages and sublicenses hundreds of cellular sites to wireless telecommunications carriers in the public right-of-way. Mr. O'Neal's diverse business experience enables him to effectively analyze business opportunities and implement strategies to appreciably enhance a company's value.

Mr. O'Neal holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated with High Honors and was presented with the Dean's Award. He also holds a B.A. in business economics from the University of California, Riverside. Mr. O'Neal is married with two children and lives in Pacific Palisades, California.

Darin P. Anderson
Mr. Anderson is a Principal of Bridge Equity Partners. Prior to joining Bridge Equity, he spent eight years as the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Financial Officer of middle market professional service companies including Kleinfelder, Inc., a 1,500 person engineering company and O'Neal Communications Group, Inc. Prior to that he worked for CareLine, Inc., a publicly traded "industry consolidator" doing mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Anderson started his career as a CPA for Price Waterhouse in the Los Angeles region. His operational responsibilities have included strategic planning, operational analysis, financial management, risk management, and acquisition negotiation, analysis, and integration.

Mr. Anderson has developed and been an instructor for seminars and has taught various, strategy, accounting, and finance courses at the University of California, San Diego and Riverside campuses. Mr. Anderson has a B.S. in Business Administration (accounting) with honors and an MBA from the University of California, Riverside. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is a level three candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst program (CFA). Mr. Anderson was recognized by the University of California, Riverside as the recipient of the 2001 "Outstanding Young Alumnus" for his professional achievements. Mr. Anderson is married with two children and lives in Newport Beach, California.

Paul M. Silva
Mr. Silva has successfully managed several portfolio companies both in professional services and manufacturing. He has a strong understanding of what it takes to add value to a growing company. Prior to joining Bridge Equity, Paul worked for Intel Corporation where he held roles both in planning and analysis, and marketing. Early in his career at Intel he managed the forecasting and analysis of $700MM in commodity memory for Intel's core processor and wireless businesses. Most recently he was responsible for developing consumer demand creation strategies for Intel's Worldwide Channel Marketing Organization. In this role he co-managed a $40MM marketing budget used to drive worldwide PC demand in the Retail and the Reseller Channels.

Mr. Silva received his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Silva also holds a B.A in Economics and a B.A in Pre-Medicine from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Silva is married with two children and lives in Danville, California.
